Shipping & Returns


While Exhale Vapor strives to maintain its 2-3 day average time-to-ship, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.) No refunds will be offered until after 2 weeks if we can not provide your products.


  1. Exhale Vapor will ship to any physical address in the US. Exhale Vapor will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time.
  2. If the customer provides us with the wrong address, the customer is liable for all shipping charges or we will refund order less all shipping chargers plus 25 percent restocking charge.
  3. Exhale Vapor's preferred carrier is USPS, and all shipping will be completed through them unless otherwise specified. All orders $74.99 or less will be a charged based on weight of product, however most items will ship at a flat rate of $4.99 for ground shipping only; all orders $75 or more will receive free ground shipping.
  4. All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of USPS, our preferred carrier. Exhale Vapor honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.
  5. If the in store pickup option is selected the customer will be notified by phone, or email as to when the order is ready for pickup.
  6. Liquids are not able to be returned for credit or exchange. Taste is subjective and when liquids are returned they are not able to be sold again therefore we do not accept any sort of return. We cannot guarantee satisfaction with each liquid and recommend using customer reviews along with flavor descriptions to make purchase decisions.
  7. You may also return most new, unopened items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund other than liquids. Any items that do not come in factory sealed packaging have a DOA (Dead On Arrival) return policy only, and contact must be attempted within 24 hours of delivery date in the form of dated email. We will always pay the return shipping if the return is the result of a mistake on our part (ex. you received incorrect item, defective item etc). Please contact us immediately using the contact us page to resolve any concerning issues.
  8. Any missing products from an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to begin investigation.
